3D Body Scanning

3D body scanning is ripe for being turned into an I phone App.

Get your self scaned, upload all of your results onto your phone and install them on your app. It will then automaticaly highlight styles that suit your bodyscan shape and recomend your ideal size for each individual shop.

You could also have your body scan measurments on your computer, to assist you with online shopping. Some fashion retailers such as H&M already have a 3D model that you can try clothes on, with some basic measurements that you input to give you a rough figure shape, but its not you. If you have figures that give you a realistic 3D image of your body then you can see what garments are going to look like before you purcahse them

Suno

Suno is a beautiful New York fashion label.

The designers spent some years collecting textiles in Kenya, and created the label in response to the political problems that the country has recently experienced. They believe that building a successful public company will help the country, as well as employing Kenyan workers and giving them a fair wage.

The designing takes place in New York and the current collection is inspired by Gustav Klimt, Traditional East African textiles, Turkey, Paris and India. Samples are then taken over to Kenya where they are produced by local artisans.

Curriculum vitae

My C.V of all things. Typeface from 1001fonts.com, imitates the stenciled writing found on pattern blocks. In the background an illustration of myself so all future employers get to see who I am, lucky them. I really like the colour combination of this c.v and really feel it has my personality in it.

"Use it up, wear it out, make it Do and Do without"

This website has the potential to be pretty useful, I hope the creator carrys on adding to whats already there!

A lot of the one off and boutique style dress and skirts that can be bought in Urban Outfitters and other similar shops have been made from old shits and simpl scarfs with a few new trims put onto them. Would be nice to see a website that had clear simple instructions
